Who is it for?

Aerobics is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their general fitness. You don’t need any expensive kit, just clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, a pair of trainers and a bottle of water!

What is it?

Aerobics is an upbeat fitness class that first became wildly popular thanks to a Jane Fonda video in the early eighties. Aerobics focuses on co-ordination and circulation. It's a great way to get active, get your heart pumping and burn some calories whilst gradually improving flexibility and muscle strength!

What does it look like?

It has evolved passed its legwarmer-and-leotard clad origins and today there are many styles. It can be done using a step or in the water to add resistance. Exercises are performed at different levels, from moderate to intense, and can be adapted to your ability.
