Bootcamps

Who is it for?

Bootcamps are perfect for anyone who fancies getting fit in a group environment and needs a little extra motivation. You don’t need any expensive kit, just clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, a pair of trainers and a bottle of water, so come along and see what you can achieve!

What is it?

Not quite as scary as it sounds, bootcamps involve a mix of exercises that will help you achieve your fitness goals. From squats and burpees to running and games, the exercises will raise your overall fitness and target specific muscles. It’s a fab way to get fitter quicker.

What does it look like?

We have indoor and outdoor bootcamps and sessions just for mums that you can even bring the little ones along to – perfect if you’re short on time!

Wolfpack Bootcamp
Mondays 7pm, Thursdays 7pm, Fridays 9.30am, Saturdays, 9am to 10am
