Circuit training is a combination of short, high intensity exercises that are completed one after the other. It’s a fun way to improve strength and stamina without getting bored of doing the same old thing! You'll work your heart and lungs as well as boosting your energy levels.
An instructor will set up a circuit of around 10 different exercises and talk you through the correct moves. You’ll then be told how many of each exercise you need to do before moving on to the next. It’s great to bring your friends along and we all support each other.
