Who is it for?

Dance fitness is perfect for anyone looking to shake things up and get fit whilst having fun! You don’t need any expensive kit, just clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, a pair of trainers and a bottle of water.

What is it?

Dance fitness is a fun, up-beat way for women and girls of all abilities to get active at their own pace. The class uses a mix of dance styles to improve your flexibility and help you keep in shape. It’s a low intensity session but will still get your heart rate up!

What does it look like?

A mix of dance styles including salsa and street to make a lively, fun workout suitable for all levels! New chart dance music with fresh, vibrant Zumba style workout with some toning at the end.
