Who is it for?

This class is perfect for anyone aged 50 and over, looking to shake things up, get active and meet new people! You don’t need any expensive kit, just clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, a pair of trainers and a bottle of water.

What is it?

It's a low intensity aerobics class with gentle exercises to get you moving and get your heart rate going. It also reduces the risk of illnesses such as heart disease.

What does it look like?

A group fitness class with gentle exercises that will help you gradually improve and maintain your co-ordination, strength and flexibility. There’s nothing to lose so let’s give it a go!
