HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Who is it for?

HIIT is perfect for anyone who anyone who fancies stepping it up a notch and is short on time – you don’t need any fancy kit, just clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, trainers, a hand towel and a bottle of water!

What is it?

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

What does it look like?

Thirty minutes of intense, interval training using various exercises. You’ll work in short bursts but can take it at your own pace.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 12.15pm
