Kettlercise classes are perfect for anyone who wants to get strong and lean but hates the idea of a gym! You don’t need any fancy kit, just clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, trainers, a hand towel and a bottle of water.

What is it?

Supercharge your fitness with this popular full body workout. Using a weighted kettlebell, you’ll boost cardio fitness and add strength though a range of movements that will get you strong and lean and melt away body fat.

What does it look like?

A group fitness class, led by a qualified instructor to chart-topping music. Using kettlebells (different weights will be provided by the instructor), you’ll learn proper technique and kettlebell moves that engage a wide range of muscles to make it a total body workout in just 45-minutes!
