Metafit is perfect for anyone who anyone who fancies stepping it up a notch and is short on time – you don’t need any fancy kit, just clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, trainers, a hand towel and a bottle of water!

What is it?

Metafit is group fitness class that uses your own bodyweight and high intensity interval training to burn fat and get you in to shape! It's great if you’re already active and want to take your fitness to the next level, but you can work at your own pace and choose the options which suit you best.

What does it look like?

Thirty minutes of intense, interval training using bodyweight exercises. You’ll work in short bursts but can take it at your own pace.
