Pilates is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen and tone core muscles for better posture and strength. You don’t need any fancy kit, just clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, trainers, a hand towel and a bottle of water! A lot of classes provide mats but you can bring your own if you prefer.

A group fitness class, led by a Pilates teacher, that uses mat-based poses and exercises which will build your movement skills step by step, based on the fundamentals of alignment, breathing and centring. Exercises can be adapted to suit ability so beginners are very welcome as intensity can be increased.
