You don’t need to be Venus Williams to take part in this fun, high energy game. Tennis is a great way for everyone to get active. Just wear clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, trainers and a bottle of water! Coached sessions will provide equipment.
Tennis is a racket sport that can be played individually against a single opponent (singles) or between two teams of two players (doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket to hit a ball over a net and into the opponent's court. The object of the game is to gain points by hitting the ball so that your opponent is not able to return it.

Fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and balance are just some of the benefits of giving tennis a go.
