Toning

Who is it for?

Toning classes are perfect for anyone who wants to get lean, target specific areas and improve muscle strength. You don’t need any fancy kit, just clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, trainers and a bottle of water!

What is it?

A total body workout that uses your own bodyweight and hand weights to workout your whole body including legs, bum and tum. Strength and conditioning exercises will boost your metabolism and help you burn more calories.

What does it look like?

A group fitness class, led by an instructor. Toning exercises use your bodyweight or hand weights to target specific areas. You’ll be doing planks, crunches, press ups, triceps dips, squats and much more!

Total toning
Tuesdays, 7pm to 7.45pm
