'Go Spike' volleyball sessions are suitable for all abilities, whether you haven't played at all or since school. You don't need expensive kit, just clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, suitable footwear and a bottle of water.
It’s a court, not a catwalk! Normal sportswear or comfortable leisure clothing with a bit of stretch is fine to wear, plus casual players usually burn around 400 calories in a sociable 60-minute game.
