Competition… How do you stay motivated during Autumn/Winter?

We know how it is... the days get shorter, the weather gets colder and suddenly our motivation to keep active takes a hit.


But we want to know how you beat the Winter blues and keep on going with your own fitness journey, even when you really don’t feel like putting your trainers on.

Send us your story (at least 300 words) and if we publish it on our website, we’ll send you £50 in Love2Shop vouchers to say thank you, just in time for Christmas!

Make sure you tell us all your tips and tricks for staying motivated during the colder months – we want to know:

  • Whether you take anyone along with you for the ride
  • How you’re keeping active and where/when you’re doing it
  • What your fitness goal is (whether you’re training for a 10k or trying to lose weight/tone up)
  • What you like about getting active when it’s colder outside
